Mini Mall Storage has been extremely handy. The service has been good as well as the communication. Only issue i have is it's not geared for people who receive their income monthly which is a gigantic inconvenience when the unit has to be paid on a 28 day cycle. I wouldn't be able to rent another after I'm done the one I'm using due to that reason.

The facility is fine. Service is another matter. The local email and phone gets you no response. I've only gotten my issues addressed by calling the Ottawa head office. My unit was frozen in once. Once the door did not work. Couple times snow clearing was not done. No credits, or any kind of compensation for that. Overall seems like another industry where you have to fight for what you are paying for and there is certainly no above and beyond. Just what to expect.

Customer service has gotten away from a lot of business' but quite the opposite at Mini Mall, they have excellent customer service. The staff are very pleasant to talk too and will work with you to solve any issues you may have. I definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage if you're looking to store your belongings.

Easy to register and get set up. I like that it's accessible 24/7 with your code. Even payment is automatically charged monthly so I don't have to worry about it. Best value in the area too!
